With a degree in Art from the University of Florida, I enjoyed a successful career in graphic design in New York City, beginning with Raymond Loewy and eventually founding my own design firm. In 1999 I was able to move on to full time painting and a wonderful studio in my home in Connecticut.
My paintings have been widely exhibited in the Northeast and have earned many awards in group exhibitions. They are in many residential collections as well as several hospitals and corporations.
I am a member of the Greenwich Art Society, The Ridgefield Guild of Artists, The Rowayton Art Center, and The Silvermine Guild of Artists.
A selection of nine paintings was purchased by The Smilow Cancer Center at Yale New Haven Hospital for their Women's Oncology Waiting Room .
A triptych was purchased for the Lipton Corporate Conference Room in New Jersey.
Awards have included Faber Birren, Greenwich Art Society, Ridgefield Guild of Artists, Silvermine Gallery, Connecticut Watercolor Society, Flinn Gallery and others.
